Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and creative Chocolate Pastry Chef to join our client's team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in chocolate and pastry preparation, with excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for producing high-quality desserts and chocolate creations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of chocolate-based desserts, pastries, and specialty sweets.

• Create high-quality chocolate products with excellent taste, texture, and presentation.

• Develop and prepare new chocolate and pastry creations.

• Ensure consistency in quality, portioning, and presentation.

• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.

• Properly handle and store chocolate, pastry ingredients, and other products.

• Maintain and organize the pastry and chocolate preparation area.

• Work efficiently with the pastry team during daily operations and busy periods.

• Follow recipes and production standards while contributing creative ideas when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chocolate Pastry Chef, Chocolatier, Pastry Chef, or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of chocolate preparation and pastry techniques.

• Creative and detail-oriented with a strong eye for presentation.

• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality chocolate and pastry products.

• Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.

• Ability to work efficiently in a professional and fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

• Preferred nationalities: Egyptian, Jordanian, Lebanese, or Syrian.

• Must be available to attend a practical skills test at the client's workplace.
