Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Barista & Café Supervisor to lead daily café operations, ensure high-quality beverage preparation, and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on barista expertise, and the ability to manage a team efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages

• Train, supervise, and motivate barista staff

• Maintain consistency in drink quality, presentation, and service standards

• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control stock levels

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are followed

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally

• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling

• Implement company policies and operational procedures

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Barista or Café Supervisor

• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment

• Leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic knowledge of inventory and cost control

• Locally available in Saudi Arabia (transferable Iqama preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty coffee shops

• Training or certification in barista skills

• Multilingual communication skills (English required)
