Job Title: Waitress (Filipino) – Local Hiring Only

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress to join our team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, take food and beverage orders, serve guests professionally, and ensure a pleasant dining experience. Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, or hospitality establishments is preferred. Common waitress duties include greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.

• Present menus and answer customer questions.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders.

• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.

• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

• Handle customer requests and complaints courteously.

• Process cash and card payments accurately.

• Clear and reset tables after guests leave.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Requirements:

• Filipino nationality.

• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia (local hiring only).

• Transferable Iqama preferred.

• Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
