Job Title: Barista (Filipino Preferred)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Barista to join our café team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages, maintain excellent customer service standards, and ensure a clean and organized work environment. Experience in specialty coffee is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and cold beverages.

• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Take customer orders accurately and process payments through the POS system.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and seating areas.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control and replenishment.

• Follow company recipes, presentation standards, and food safety procedures.

• Provide friendly, professional, and welcoming customer service.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Filipino nationality preferred.

• Minimum 1–2 years of barista experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant.

• Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic latte art.

• Good English communication skills; basic Arabic is an advantage.

• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred.
