Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Female Barista to join our café team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while maintaining cleanliness, quality, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other hot and cold beverages.

• Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, and POS systems.

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.

• Ensure beverages are prepared according to company recipes and quality standards.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, equipment, and customer areas.

• Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.

• Process cash and card payments accurately.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements

• Female candidate currently residing in Saudi Arabia.

• Filipino nationality preferred.

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Barista in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant.

• Knowledge of espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic latte art.

• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.

• Transferable Iqama preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with specialty coffee and manual brewing methods.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
