Senior Barista | Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in specialty coffee preparation, beverage quality control, team support, and customer service excellence. The role requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high operational standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and espresso-based drinks, according to company standards.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, and beverage quality at all times.

• Monitor coffee extraction, grinder calibration, milk texturing, and brewing techniques to maintain premium standards.

• Operate, clean, and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment properly.

• Support in training and guiding junior baristas on beverage preparation and service standards.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.

• Supervise workflow during busy hours and ensure smooth daily operations.

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in compliance with KSA regulations.

• Monitor stock levels, ingredient usage, and minimize waste.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.

• Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing their coffee preparation, latte art, or previous café/barista work.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Barista, including senior or supervisory experience.

• Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso calibration, brewing methods, and latte art.

• Experience in high-volume cafés or specialty coffee shops is preferred.

• Leadership skills with the ability to train and support team members.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
