Pizza Chef – KSA Based (Filipinos – Nepalese-Indians)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and creative Pizza Chef with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in preparing high-quality pizzas, doughs, sauces, and Italian-inspired menu items that align with local market preferences and international standards. Saudi residency is mandatory, and applicants must present a professional portfolio of previous work.
Key Responsibilities
-Prepare, bake, and present a variety of pizzas and related menu items in accordance with company standards and quality guidelines.
-Develop new pizza recipes, dough styles, and seasonal menu concepts that align with the Saudi market and customer preferences.
-Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all products.
-Manage daily kitchen operations, including dough preparation schedules, ingredient planning, and production management.
-Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.
-Control food costs, minimize waste, and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
-Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to support menu development and special events.
-Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.
-Ensure all kitchen equipment and work areas are properly maintained and organized.
Required Qualifications & Experience
-Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
-Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Pizza Chef, with hands-on experience in the Saudi market.
-Strong understanding of local customer preferences and food trends in KSA.
-Experience in preparing different types of pizza doughs, sauces, and baking techniques.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
-Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation and flavor development.
Portfolio Requirement
-Applicants must provide a professional portfolio showcasing previous work.
-Portfolio may include high-quality photos, menus, concept work, or samples of signature pizzas and dishes.
-Experience working with restaurants, hotels, cafés, or pizza brands in KSA is highly preferred.
