Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in delivering excellent dining service and ensuring a high-quality guest experience in line with local expectations and international standards. Saudi residency is mandatory.

Note: Only candidates with experience as a Waiter/Waitress will be considered. Barista experience alone is not accepted for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen team.

• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests and handling requests or complaints efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

• Follow all hygiene, safety, and service standards in compliance with KSA regulations.

• Process bills and handle payments accurately.

• Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Upsell menu items and promote special offers when appropriate.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.

• Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress (restaurant or hospitality setting).

• Waiter experience is required — candidates with only Barista experience will not be considered.

• Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Background

• Experience working in restaurants, cafés (as service staff), hotels, or fine dining establishments in KSA.

• Familiarity with POS systems and order-taking procedures.
