Experinced Barista-KSA Based (Filipinos-Nepalese)
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in preparing high-quality coffee beverages and delivering exceptional customer service that aligns with local preferences and international standards. Saudi residency is mandatory, and applicants must present a professional portfolio or proof of experience.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage items (espresso-based drinks, specialty coffee, teas, and cold beverages) in accordance with company standards.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all beverages.
Operate coffee machines and equipment efficiently, including grinders, espresso machines, and brewing tools.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and work area at all times.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and handling requests professionally.
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control, including ordering and proper storage of coffee beans and supplies.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with KSA regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Stay updated on coffee trends, brewing techniques, and menu innovations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.
Minimum 2–4 years of proven experience as a Barista, with experience in the Saudi market preferred.
Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Attention to detail and passion for coffee quality and presentation.
Portfolio Requirement
Applicants are encouraged to provide a portfolio or proof of experience.
This may include photos/videos of latte art, beverage preparation, or café work experience.
Experience working with cafés, specialty coffee shops, restaurants, or hospitality brands in KSA is highly preferred.
