About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cashier to join our team in الدمام. As a Cashier, you will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and ensuring accurate transactions. Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and POS systems
- Scan items, apply discounts, and handle various payment methods (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments)
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Reconcile cash drawers and prepare daily reports
- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements
- 5 years of experience as a Cashier in the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail industry
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems efficiently
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of inventory management principles is a plus
