About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee beverages and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, drip coffee, and specialty drinks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service, taking orders, answering questions, and resolving any concerns.
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Follow company recipes and standards for beverage preparation.
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume setting.
- Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure under pressure.
- Must be of Nepalese nationality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- A passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow.
