About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages, such as espresso, cappuccino, and latte
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Restock inventory and supplies as needed
- Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment
- Create specialty drinks according to company recipes

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
