Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations

- Develop new menu items and recipes
- Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a reputable establishment
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- A culinary degree or equivalent certification is preferred
- Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is a plus
