About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare burger patties and other ingredients according to company recipes and standards.
- Grill burgers to perfection, ensuring proper cooking temperatures and presentation.
- Assemble burgers with toppings and sauces, following established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns.
- Assist with training new kitchen staff members.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Burger Chef or similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for creating delicious and visually appealing burgers.
- Experience in the food & beverage, hospitality, or retail sector in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
