About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Hostess to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and excellent service. This role is crucial in creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a smile and welcoming attitude.
- Manage the seating chart and efficiently allocate tables.
- Provide accurate wait times to guests.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Answer phone calls and take reservations.
- Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with servers and other staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a host/hostess in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
