About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
- Ensure tables are clean and well-maintained
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues effectively
- Process payments and operate the POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Waiter in the food and beverage or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure
- Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques
- Familiarity with POS systems
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia
