Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise all kitchen staff

- Train and develop kitchen staff
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and cuisines
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Experience with menu planning and cost control
- Preferably experience in the Saudi Arabian market
