About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Saudi Arabia. You will support our chefs in preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for food and a desire to grow in the culinary field.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Store food items properly and ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) is followed.
- Assist with receiving and stocking deliveries.
- Follow instructions from chefs and kitchen supervisors.
- Dispose of waste according to established procedures.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
- Must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
