Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Flower Coordinator to join our team in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging floral designs, handling customer orders, coordinating events, and ensuring high-quality presentation of floral products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and arrange floral bouquets and decorations for various occasions (weddings, events, corporate functions, etc.).

• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and preferences.

• Coordinate flower orders, deliveries, and event setup.

• Maintain flower inventory and ensure freshness and quality control.

• Work closely with suppliers to source flowers and materials.

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workspace.

• Assist in pricing, quotations, and order processing.

• Support marketing initiatives (social media photos, promotions, etc.) if required.

Requirements:

• Must be currently based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Valid and transferable Iqama is required.

• Any nationality is welcome to apply.

• Previous experience in floral design or event coordination is preferred.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Good communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons.

• Basic knowledge of flower care and handling.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in event decoration.

• Customer service experience.

• Ability to work flexible hours when needed.

• Basic social media skills are a plus.
