Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Senior Digital Marketer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of content creation, social media management, and paid campaign execution across multiple platforms. This role also requires strong planning skills, as the Senior Digital Marketer will be responsible for building monthly social media plans and coordinating execution with the Media Buyer and Graphic Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage content creation across all social media platforms (copy, direction, and content planning).

• Manage Taeyen’s social media pages and ensure consistent brand tone and performance.

• Create monthly social media plans and content calendars, coordinating tasks with:

  • Media Buyer

  • Graphic Designer

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms with a performance mindset.

• Monitor and report on campaign and content performance using:

  • Google Analytics

  • Platform insights

• Ensure content and campaigns are aligned with business goals and lead generation targets.

• Track trends in Saudi Arabia and the GCC market and propose new content opportunities.

• Maintain high responsiveness and availability for calls, urgent actions, or quick updates — especially within a remote work environment.

Platforms & Tools:

The candidate must have hands-on experience with:

• Snapchat

• TikTok

• X (Twitter)

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

• Google Ads

• Google Analytics

Required Qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Content Marketing.

• Strong proven experience in:

  • Content creation & content strategy

  • Social media management

  • Paid campaigns and performance optimization

• Solid knowledge of the KSA market and audience behavior (must).

• Strong planning and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and reporting skills.

• High accountability and ability to work independently in a remote setup.
