Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Barbershop Manager or Professional Barber to join a distinguished barbershop in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of the Saudi barbershop market and be capable of delivering high-quality professional services while managing work efficiently.

Duties and Responsibilities:

For Barbershop Manager:

• Full supervision of daily barbershop operations.

• Managing the barber team and organizing work schedules.

• Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Monitoring cleanliness, sterilization, and compliance with health standards.

• Managing inventory, tools, and supplies.

• Handling customer complaints professionally and effectively.

• Contributing to business development and increasing sales.

For Professional Barber:

• Providing all barbering and men’s grooming services at a high professional level.

• Performing modern and classic haircuts according to customer requests.

• Beard care and grooming using the latest techniques.

• Complying with hygiene and sterilization standards.

• Building strong relationships with clients and retaining them.

• Working as part of a team and adhering to barbershop policies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Very high level of experience in barbering (preferably 5 years or more).

• Proven experience in the Saudi barbershop market.

• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).

• Ability to work with all hair types and styles.

• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Commitment and discipline at work.
