Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, with a primary focus on white-collar hiring and overseeing high-volume blue-collar recruitment. This role is ideal for recruiters with prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry who are comfortable working remotely and supporting hiring needs across Saudi Arabia.
Note: Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is mandatory.
-GCC recruitment experience is preferred; experience in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks.
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role and project requirements.
Coordinate interviews and selection processes with internal stakeholders.
Maintain accurate candidate databases and active talent pipelines.
Monitor and support high-volume blue-collar recruitment activities.
Work closely with internal teams to meet hiring targets and deadlines.
Ensure a smooth, professional, and compliant candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Meet recruitment timelines across multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter.
Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is mandatory.
Strong experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment.
GCC recruitment experience is preferred; experience in Saudi Arabia is a strong advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
