Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable General Chef to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing a variety of dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. The General Chef must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment and follow food safety and hygiene regulations in accordance with KSA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to approved recipes and kitchen standards.

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portioning, and presentation of all food items.

• Assist in daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating.

• Follow proper food handling, storage, and preparation procedures.

• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation in compliance with KSA regulations.

• Monitor ingredient usage, control food waste, and support inventory management.

• Ensure kitchen equipment, tools, and workstations are clean and well maintained.

• Support senior chefs and kitchen team during peak hours and busy service periods.

• Follow instructions from the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

• Assist with special menus, events, and bulk food preparation when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a General Chef or in a similar kitchen role.

• Good knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
